On 11 May 2026, TISTR’s Executives and researcher consisting of Dr. Pongsathon Phapugrangkul, Deputy Governor R&D Groups for Bio-industries, Dr. Thanchanok Muangman, Director of Expert Center of Innovative Health Food (InnoFood), Dr. Boonnanida Sodha, Director of International Relations Division and Dr. Thongkorn Ploypetchara, Research Officer of InnoFood, welcome delegation from BULOG Public Corporation, Indonesia, led by Major General TNI (Ret.) Dr. Marga Taufiq SH., MH., Deputy CEO, at TISTR Technopolis, Pathum thani Province, Thailand.
The visit aimed to explore TISTR’s food science and technology research and development and seek potential opportunities for future collaboration between the two institutions. At the meeting, Dr. Thanchanok Muangman presented an overview of InnoFood’s research capabilities, while Dr. Thongkorn Ploypetchara highlighted the Food Innovation Service Plant (FISP)’s service capabilities, as a large-scale S&T infrastructure providing comprehensive production service with international GMP certification, to elevate Thai food and beverage manufacturers to global standards. The visit concluded with lab tour to FISP’s laboratories and facilities.
