Asst. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Arjarn, Governor of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), together with executives from regional science parks, leading universities, and research organizations, participated in the 42nd IASP World Conference 2025 under the theme “Elevating Excellence: Innovation Spaces Driving High-Quality Development”, held from 16–18 September 2025 in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
The conference, organized by the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), serves as a global platform for science parks and innovation districts to exchange knowledge and foster collaboration. It aims to provide policy-level agencies and executives in science, technology, and innovation with opportunities to share expertise and best practices in international innovation management.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Arjarn, TISTR Governor engaged in discussions and shared experiences on infrastructure management, with the goal of applying the insights gained to enhance TISTR’s infrastructure services and strengthen Thailand’s scientific and industrial sector. The meeting also paved the way for future collaborative initiatives with international partners.
