During 5 – 7 October 2022, Dr. Chutima Eamchotchawalit, Governor of TISTR, joined MHESI delegations led by H.E. Prof. Dr. Anek Laothamatas, Minister, Prof. Dr. Sirirurg Songsivilai, Permanent Secretary, and Assoc. Prof. Pasit Lorterapong Deputy Permanent Secretary, to meet the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Minister of Labor and Vocational and Training (MLVL) and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to discuss on Thailand-Cambodia cooperation on higher education, sciences, research and innovation, and participated ‘the Senior Official Meeting’ to discuss on personnel development scholarship to upgrade labor skills and teacher skills in vocational education.
MHESI delegation also meet H.E.CHEA Ratha, Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, Mr.Chhea Layhy, Director of Department of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Mr. Lor Sathya, Deputy Director General, to discuss on sustainable SMEs cooperation for packaging and logistics, and development of project proposal for GIZ funds, focusing on food product development and food processing technologies.
Besides, TISTR plan to present BCG outstanding research projects and services as research showcase in ‘Cambodia Tech’ Expo 2022 during 11 – 13 November 2022, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
