• Set up alliances with other biomass research centers/institutes/universities among ASEAN country members
• Set up collaborative RDI and RTT with industry/business
• Establish ASEAN programs and partnerships for STI and standard establishing
• Set up technology transfer and information exchange mechanisms with clear benefit sharing agreement
• HRD by training of new ASEAN scientists, talent mobility and brain circulation
• Seeking financial support of ASEAN countries/related fund
• Dissemination of outcome from SATREPS* project on high quality biofuel production from non-food biomass via Third Country Training Program (TCTP)
• Joining with Asia and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT), International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and (MOST), Thailand to held and Asia Pacific Regional Workshop on Biomass Resource Assessment (6th-8th July 2015) and Biomass Open Research Forum “Biomass Resource Assessment for ASEAN+6 Countries” (9th-10th July 2015)
