TISTR presented research in the Academic Conference 2022 by the Royal Project Foundation, and the Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization)

On 10 – 11 November 2022, TISTR by an Expert Centre of Innovative Agriculture (InnoAg) attended the Academic Conference 2022, hosted by the Royal Project Foundation and the Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization), held at the Royal Park Rajapruek, Muang District, Chiang Mai Province. As a part of the research network, TISTR joined its exhibition session to present successful research of mycorrhizal mushroom expansion in the Pangda Royal Project, Chiang Mai Province, for watershed forest conservation. The research focuses on the use of reforestation technologies and mycorrhizal mushroom expansion to increase the areas of ecological forests, edible forests, and economic forests with biodiversity, where people can utilize and study a reforestation model which can generate incomes and foods. They also learn how to calculate CO2 capture and storage, and sell carbon credits, in order to support the nation’s goal of net zero emissions achievement.
