TISTR and NSM Partner to Elevate Human Rights Standards and Corporate Governance

(6 March 2026) Dr. Pariyada Visutthipat, Deputy Governor Administration of TISTR, was invited as a guest speaker to share human rights operational practice with the Executives and staff of the National Science Museum Thailand (NSM). This session aimed to elevate organizational standards in alignment with the international human rights principles, strengthen corporate integrity through good governance, and highlight a successful model of organizational management, serving as a benchmark for excellence among public agencies under MHESI (Thailand).

During the session, Dr. Pariyada Visutthipat shared how TISTR integrated human rights principles into its organization culture, prioritizing transparent and accountability, and equal opportunities for all TISTR personnel. Key shared insights focused on: (1) development human rights action plans as strategic frameworks to ensure practical implementation; (2) protection of rights and equality by fostering a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusion, and (3) integrating human rights into public governance by utilizing these principles as key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and effectiveness.

This session marked a significant step in fostering collaboration among public agencies within MHESI (Thailand), to strengthen human rights standards. By adopting these guidelines, NSM can ensure its public service safe, inclusive and accessible to all with dignity, to drive the sustainable growth of Thai science society.
