On 25 September 2025, TISTR, in its role as WAITRO Regional Focal Point for Asia and the Pacific, successfully hosted the WAITRO Info Session Asia and the Pacific 1/2025 online. The event gathered representatives in the region.
🧩 This session aimed to strengthen engagement among WAITRO members in Asia and the Pacific, provide important updates, and encourage open dialogue with the WAITRO team.

- Opportunities to host WAITRO events and promotion of the upcoming WAITRO Summit 2026 in Türkiye by Ms. Ran Duan
- Introduction to WAITRO Programs and Services 2025–2026 by Mr. Dominik Reinertz and Ms. Alina Brangs
- Membership fees and benefits for members
- Digital engagement via the new WAITRO website and social media channels
- Member-led event announcements: ICQI 2025 and the ASEAN Workshop by SIRIM Malaysia
