{"id":826,"date":"2023-10-03T11:41:19","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T04:41:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tistr.or.th\/tistrinter\/?p=826"},"modified":"2023-10-03T11:41:19","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T04:41:19","slug":"tistr-attended-thailand-china-working-group-meeting-of-4th-meeting-of-joint-committee-on-science-and-technology-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tistr.or.th\/tistrinter\/news\/826\/","title":{"rendered":"TISTR Attended &#8220;Thailand \u2013 China Working Group Meeting\u201d of 4th Meeting of Joint Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>On September 20, 2023, Dr. Pattra Maneesin, Deputy Governor of Industrial Services, and Dr. Sorada Wanlapa, Deputy Governor of Research and Development for Bio-industries, attended the \u201cThailand \u2013 China Working Group Meeting\u201d of 4th Meeting of Joint Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation between Thailand and China: JCM at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel &amp; Towers, Bangkok Thailand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The purpose of the meeting was to engage in discussions regarding the collaboration of the joint working group between Thai and Chinese agencies based on their respective areas of specialization. According to this, TISTR has sent representatives to attend the meeting, focusing on two key fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1) <strong>Rail System<\/strong>, led by Dr. Pattra Maneesin, Deputy Governor of Industrial Services, along with Dr. Anat Hasap, Director of the Railway Transportation System Testing Centre (RTTC), and Mr. Panasindh Paiteekul, Director of Rail Technology Testing and Development Laboratory (RTDL) in discussion with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and CRRC Qingdao Sifang, People&#8217;s Republic of China, with the purpose to pave the way for the establishment and successful operation of the China-Thailand Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Rail Transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure of Research and Development for Bio-industries and Dr. Rochana Tangkoonboribun, Director of Expert Centre of Innovative Agriculture (InnoAg), joined in discussions with the Program Management Unit on Area Based Development (PMUA) and China Rural Technology Development Center (CRTDC), People&#8217;s Republic of China, with the purpose to strengthen a cooperative platform and network for poverty eradication through science and technology to carry out public and social services of agricultural technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The meeting discussion covered in 3 main matters:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1) Reviewing past cooperative operations,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2) Outlining plans for upcoming project and cooperative activities, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">3) Addressing issues that the working group attendees would like the MHESI and MOST to consider by providing support or pushing for operations to achieve their project objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
