20 September 2023 \u2013 TISTR by Dr. Chutima Eamchochawalit, Governor of TISTR joined the opening ceremony of Food Ingredients Asia 2023 (FiAsia 2023), chaired by Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) \u2013 Thailand. The event was organized by Informa Market (Thailand) and its partners, including the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Thai Future Food Trade Association, SMS Corporation Company Limited and SiriThai Brand, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok, Thailand (20 \u2013 22 September 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FiAsia 2023 aims to bring together more than 600 suppliers from the worldwide nutraceutical and food and beverage industries to share their cutting-edge and highest quality ingredients, dietary supplements and services. Additionally, more than 1,000 exhibitors come to share their ingredient solutions, the latest innovations and trends. This includes existing and prospective businesses looking to establish connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the event, TISTR collaborated to showcase its R&D results and products at booth M61, Hall 1 at QSNCC, and conduct two activities: \u2018InnoFood Academy 2023 \u2013 Functional food and ingredients for health and sustainable future\u2019 and \u2018Startup Innovative Food and Beverage (F&B) Products Competition\u2019. These activities aim to promote and support F&B innovation of SMEs, entrepreneurs and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
