The event is under the project supported by Canadian Trade and Investment Facility for Development (CTIF), as a technical assistance provider, and by TISTR and ASEAN Secretariat as project advisors. The purpose of the Guidelines is to assist ASEAN-based SMEs in reducing greenhouse gas emission and adapting themselves to climate change.
