Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) brought pride to Thailand by receiving prestigious awards at \u201cThe 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva (GENEVA 2026),\u201d held during 11\u201315 March 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. The participation was supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, TISTR showcased 4 outstanding research and innovation projects, reflecting the capability of Thai researchers in developing technologies to enhance industry, healthcare, and quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. \u201cEco-Composite Rattan for Decorative Products\u201d, awarded the Gold Medal, Special Award from Taiwan Invention Association, and NRCT Honorable Mention Award from NRCT. The project has been developed by Dr. Siriporn Larpkiattaworn, Chief Research Expert of TISTR and Dr. Busarin Noikaew, researcher, Expert Centre of Innovative Meterial (InnoMat)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. \u201cBioLuteinZea-SEDS\u2122: Smart Self-Emulsifying Sweet Corn Lutein\u2013Zeaxanthin Complex for Vision Longevity Nutraceutical\u201d received the Bronze Medal and the NRCT Honorable Mention Award from NRCT. The project has been developed by Dr. Somkamol Intawong, Senior Researcher; Dr. Pattravee Thong-on, Researcher; Dr. Pataranapa Nimtrakul, Researcher; and Ms. Maneerat Juttulapa, Researcher, Expert Centre of Innovative Herbal Products (InnoHerb), R&D Group for Bio-industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. \u201cASME Intensive Ambergris Serum\u2122: Advanced Marine Essence for Skin Rejuvenation\u201d received the Gold Medal and the NRCT Special Award from NRCT. The project has been developed by Dr. Kanyanat Kaewiad, Researcher; Dr. Somkamol Intawong, Senior Researcher; Dr. Pattravee Thong-on, Researcher; and Ms. Maneerat Juttulapa, Researcher, Expert Centre of Innovative Herbal Products (InnoHerb), R&D Group for Bio-industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. \u201cXanthoClear\u2122: Thai Herbal Nano Delivery for Clear Acne and Redness-Calming Skin\u201d received the Silver Medal and the NRCT Honorable Mention Award from NRCT. The project has been developed by Dr. Pattravee Thong-on, Researcher; Dr. Kanyanat Kaewiad, Researcher; Dr. Chiramet Auranwiwat, Senior Researcher, Expert Centre of Innovative Herbal Products (InnoHerb); and Dr. Thanchanok Muangman, Director of Expert Centre of Innovative Health Food (InnoFood).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TISTR\u2019s participation in GENEVA 2026 marks another important milestone in promoting Thai research and innovation on the global stage, while also strengthening opportunities for international collaboration in science, technology, and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TISTR remains committed to advancing research and innovation to create added value for the Thai economy and sustainably improve people\u2019s quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
