Symposium ‘Applications of Cell Cultures to Medical Research and Alternative Tests to Animals’

On 29 August 2018, as implementation activity under the MOU on Molecular Carcinogenesis and Nanohealth between TISTR and Institute of Life Science (ILS), Swansea University Medical School, United Kingdom, TISTR hosted Symposium ‘Application of Cell Cultures to Medical Research and Alternative Tests to Animals’ at TISTR Technopolis, Thailand. The invited speakers included Dr. Steve Evans, CALIN Research and Innovation Officer of In Vitro Toxicology Group ILS, Dr. Katherine Chapman, Researcher of In Vitro Toxicology Group ILS, Dr. Sunisa Poonpipatgul, Product Manager of Bang Trading Co., Ltd., Mr. Warat Wiseswong, Application Specialist of Rushmore Precision Co., Ltd., TISTR’s executive and researchers (Dr. Bundit Fungsin, Dr. Prapaipat Klungsupya and Dr. Thanchanok Muangman). The purpose of the Symposium was to share and enhance knowledge and experience to researchers who interested and involved in doing research works in the areas of Molecular Carcinogenesis and Nanohealth.
